• No other agreement, written or oral, exists between you and Alok Barnwal.

• The place of arbitration is Nalanda, Bihar, India.

• Indian laws apply to arbitration proceedings.

 

Jurisdiction:

Both parties agree that all claims, disputes, and agreements relating to their rights, obligations, and liabilities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Nalanda, India.
